Detailed Engineering Survey
Detail surveys show the improvements on the land, relative levels and natural levels. Detail surveys are required when:
Construction or extension of building is required.
Location and record of all land features and structures are required.
Detail surveys are often the most important survey of any project as it is generally required for most Development applications, architectural and engineering design.
Topographical & Contour Survey
Contouring in surveying is the determination of elevation of various points on the land and fixing these points of same horizontal positions in the contour map.
In the land property world, a contour is an outline of a mass of land. Main objective of conducting contour surveys is to identify any noticeable difference in elevation of the existing land. In surveying a contour map is a map illustrated with contour lines, for example a topographic map, which thus shows valleys and hills, and the steepness or gentleness of slopes.
Transmission line Survey
Road & Pipeline Survey
Pipeline survey is the method of assessing the existing condition of sewer collection and water distribution pipelines that run underneath a city. A pipeline can estimate the extent of damage and deterioration of a pipeline, and asses any need for repair, replacement or rehabilitation.
Road Survey is usually the first on the ground location work used to define the general position of a road. Based on the reconnaissance and reconnaissance summary, further investigations and surveys may be required, including field traverses and surveys to an established standard or Survey Level. The level is determined primarily by the complexity of the terrain and end results required. Once the survey has been completed, the road design can be carried out.
